THE ARYAN RACE THEORY : A POWERFUL BRITISH WEAPON TO DIVIDE AND RULE BY BANGAPATI

Every great power conquers its enemies not only by force, but by weaking the opposition's moral and intellectual resistance. It is true in all ages and all times. It is an universal law which remains unchanged and will remain so. Every Empire, Civilization, Culture, People and Community can prosper only when its enemies are destroyed. The destruction of enemy has several ways, but no way is so powerful as the silent propaganda. Since time immemorial, propaganda played an important part in human history and from it evolved the art of expansionism. The culture which was the master of this art survived and the culture which lacked it, got destroyed. For example, the Spanish adventurers and preachers constantly preached against the Mayans, Aztecs, Incas of South-Central America. This resulted in the disappearence of these cultures. The Arabs constantly preached against their enemies before the wars. This weakened the enemy's moral strength. The Greco-Romans in the past and the British in modern times, excelled in this art. We all know how the Anglo-Americans are responsible for the disappearance of the Red Indians and how the Brits destroyed the Maoris in Australia. But the Red Indians and Maoris are inferiors in culture, compared to the Hindu Civilization. The Hindus could not be dominated easily like they did in Africa, Australia and America. Hence it was necessary to weaken the Hindu mind and dilute their history. This was the basis of Aryan Race Theory and other theories associated with it. The weapon was not new. When the Muslims conquered this land, they came in the name of Equality. The message was--IN ISLAM, ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL, BUT IN HINDUISM, THEY ARE NOT. This mess helped to spread Islam. The Muslims targeted the Brahmanas coz they were the "brain of the Hindu society." The Pirali Brahmans of Bangladesh are the examples. They were not converted to Islam by force, but by tricks. They still follows the customs of Hindus. However, the Islam was followed by Europeans. The Portuguese, Dutch, Danes, French etc failed to the rising power of Britain and Bharat had become "jewel in the British crown". But a jewel could only remain safe when the thief that stole it claimed it as his own. To claim this jewel, the Brits needed some learned men who could write a new theory-a theory that was never heard before and a theory that would protect the Brits interest. The theory named Aryan Race Theory divided the world into two cultures ( as the Muslims divide the world into dar ul islam and dar ul harb ). The first culture is Aryan in which belongs the White Races of Europe and their descendants, while the second culture is non-Aryan in which belongs the Asiatic races, the Africans and native Americans. This theory put the Aryan Homeland somewhere in Northern Europe or in Central Asia. To become an Aryan, one must have a drop of Nordic blood. The Aryan superiority and inferiority of other races were declared. The decline of India was explained as a Decline of Aryan Culture and mixing of races. To reestablish it, the Brits invented a new way. The long rule of Britain which would make Bharat an Aryan Land. The Theory, however, had some flaws. It did not explain the rise of Japan during the 19th Century which had no European blood. It also failed to explain the rise of Zulus who troubled the Brits. Neither the Zulus, nor the Japs ever mixed with Europeans. So how did they find strength? Another flaw in the theory was that despite the long Aryan presence in Germany, it was divided till the 19th Century. And as the Aryans defeated non-Aryans in Bharat, none of the high caste Hindu got blonde hair and blue eye? The Race Theory created a barrier in Hindu Society, which was designed by the British Civil Servants. It gave birth to SC, ST, quota politics, and anti-brahman movements. This broke the backbone of the Hindu Society. The Muslim propaganda took a new turn. As the Aryans or majority Hindus came from outside, they were like the Muslim invaders. The Hindu History also lost its appeal, as Ramayan-Mahabharat were written by invaders. A few nationalist leaders tried to raise the question that if the Aryans were outsiders, so were the Brits in America, Asia and Africa. The Theory developed the Anti-Jewish sentiments in Europe, which benefitted Hitler. The theory gave birth to other similar theories but nobody questioned the fact why the Brits, as outsiders, didn't give freedom to other races, nor it explained why the Muslims, as outsiders, were occupying most of the Asian and North African countries. The Nordic origin of Aryans later claimed all the good things of conquered races. As a German claimed that Jesus had nordic blood. So had all the Vedic deities. And so had the Ancient Egyptians and Sumerians. The Chinese greatness was ignored, so was the greatness of Mongols, whom the Brits could not conquer.

SAVARKAR HAD FORESEEN THE RISE OF ISRAEL BY BANGAPATI

Among the Bharatiya revolutionaries who fought against the British Empire, the most famous were the revolutionaries of Bengal, Punjab and Maharashtra, and among the Maratha revolutionaries, the most popular was Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. We have heard the name of Abhinav Bharat, which came to the forefront due to its involvement in some blast cases. The founder and mastermind behind this organisation was V. D. Savarkar himself, which recently revived by Himani Savarkar. We all know that Savarkar left his revolutionary career when he entered the open political platform named Hindu Mahasabha. The rest of his life would be spent in the formation of an ideology known as "HINDUTVA". However, Savarkar's mission was not successful. Hindu Mahasabha lost its popularity after Gandhi murder and Savarkar concentrated on socio-cultural issues rather than political. The dream of Hindu Rashtra remained a distant future for Savarkar, but in his lifetime he had seen the fulfilment of another dream-the birth of Isreal. Just after the creation of Israel, Savarkar, in a written statement, supported it and its fight against Palestine. Thus he became the first revolutionary to support the creation of Israel, at a time when the Govt of India was opposed to it. The opposition of the Indian Govt was due to the fact that Congress didn't want to make angry its muslim leadership, on whom rested the future of Congress. The fear of losing Muslim votes also compelled the Leftist Parties to oppose Israel. This attitude of Govt didn't change until the visit of Ariel Sharon in 2003, when the BJP was in power. After this, Congress realised that it was impossible to ignore Israel at present and suddenly its love for Israel grew. Sharon was the first P.M. of Israel to visit Bharat. Before that Israel tried to make alliance with Bharat in several occassions with little result. This "untouchable" attitude towards Israel grew from Gandhi's views on Israel which Congress Govt maintained for a long time. The Jewish hatred was a result of votebank politics which compelled every political party of Bharat to rely on Muslim votes. It also resulted from Aryan Race Theory which the Britishers invented in order to subdue Bharat and proved false again and again. But Gandhi, as a loyal supporter of the Brits, believed in it and it gave birth to his blind opposition to the Jews. This Jewish opposition later became the official policy of Congress towards Israel. It termed Israel as troublemaker and dangerous threat to international peace. Now what changed the attitude of Congress? The same votebank politics. Of late, it realised that Israel was a powerful nation compared to the other West Asian countries. Well, that is the Victorian attitude of our politicians which takes time to change. Now why CPI and CPIM disliked Israel? The same votebank politics and Aryan Race Theory played major role in it. The Leftists always relied on the votes of the so called lower castes, who they thought, were non-Aryans and hence enemy of foreign power. Although 80 percent Leftist leaders were Brahman-kayasthas. This is our strange politics ! Savarkar was free from all these things. Although he was not sure about the Aryans, he put emphasis on Sanatan Bharatiya culture. Arya Samaj and revolutionaries like Bhupen Dutta ( the brother of Swami Vivekananda ), questioned the Aryan Race Theory and proved it false. But the academics was dominated at that time by the Brits and so nobody could refute it. It took time until RSS also challenged the race theory. At present, it is proved that it was invented at that time by the Brits, although some still have confusion. Perhaps the Aryan Race Theory will never completely disappear. It was the invention of British Imperial genius. However, both Savarkar's and Zionists views on Britain at that time were surprisingly similar. Both wanted to use the Brits as ladder. Savarkar wanted the Hindus to join the army and support the Brits. It was a tactics. Similarly he understood the growing importance of the Jews in international politics. The Hindu Mahasabha also gave recognisition to Israel despite the fact that its leaders were mostly english educated and believers in Aryan Race Theory. The birth of Israel changed the very world order and we all know that after much bargaining, the Brits gave it to the Jews. This similarity with Savarkar's life was perhaps the most important milestone. All his life, Savarkar bargained for freedom and he used almost all tactics, like the Jews, to achieve it. May be the freedom is always on the side of those who can bargain and who can sacrifice everything for it. Today Israel's bond with us is stronger than before. Thanks to Savarkar who first broke the belief that Jews were dangerous. And for Congress, it has to rely on Israel whether it likes it or not. Savarkar passed away but his Hindutva remained and so remained Israel.

The Truth About the Assam Riots A New Perspective

AT LAST RETALIATION OCCURRED......

The Truth of Assam Riots
By Sandy Mlore

Assam is home for over 81 Lakhs Muslims, who comprise over 31 % of the total population. Most of these Muslims are illegal immigrants from neighboring Bangladesh and they display a huge array of vices that have been troublesome for the local population of Assam. There have been cases of land encroachments, loots and killings.

Situated on the northern banks of the river Brahmaputra , Bodoland includes the Bodoland Territorial Areas District (BTAD) , which is administered by the non-autonomous Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC). The territory consists of four districts , viz. , Kokrajhar , Baksa , Chirang and Udalguri , with Kokrajhar serving as the capital.

Tension among immigrants and locals has always prevailed in the region.

2 Years ago , immigrants wanted to build a toilet for a Madrassa inside the premises of a Kali temple in a village named Howriapet, located in Gosaigaon sub-division. The local people of the region got together to protest against this audacious decision, when 2 Bengali boys who were a part of the protests, were brutally murdered by the immigrants.

In another incident from the same area, a Muslim boy tried to rape a girl , he was caught by people from the village and thrashed. In the mean time, his fellow religion arrived and as punishment, they beat him again, which lead to his death. Now, to save themselves, they blamed the villager for the boy’s death and ransacked not only that village but also many adjacent villages. Local people suffered once again.

3 months ago , again in Gosaigaon , immigrants burnt down Adivasi homes after a minor quarrel in a bazar.

As a result, an undercurrent of tension always prevails because of the unjustified aggression of the immigrants. These immigrants are getting support of various organizations such as MULTA-(Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam), AMSU – (All Minority Student’s Union), a new fraction (ABMSU) has been created to cater to the immigrants in Bodoland region (All Bodoland Minority Student’s Union). These organizations are also getting government funds to run their activities.

A few days ago, immigrants encroached upon forest land in Fakiragram and put up a signboard calling it an Idgah. The locals, miffed at the illegal possession of forest land and asked them to give it up. The immigrants backed by the ABMSU, started large scale agitations against the locals. Meanwhile, there has also been dissent among the members of the ABMSU and the AMSU.

On 19th July, Mohibul Islam president of the ABMSU with his colleague Abdul Siddiq Sheikh were shot at by two unidentified gunmen riding a bike. The incident took place in a village called Magurmari , located 3 Kms from Kokrajhar town. Amazingly, both Islam and Sheikh were shot under the kneecap only. This incident indicates that there was confrontation among the two student’s unions. It is also to be noted that Mohibul Islam has many impending cases against him, which includes charges of rape and smuggling.
As expected the immigrants found another opportunity to blame Locals for their own problems, and this time the Bodos earned their ire. On the evening of 20th July, a mob of immigrants murdered four persons from the Bodo community. They were butchered beyond recognition and that was the trigger for what has now turned into a dangerous riot.

Further, an old Brahma Mandir , a very revered place of worship for the Bodos was burnt down in Onthaibari , Gosaigaon. The immigrants have been exceedingly vicious throughout the entire episode. They even tried to snatch guns from the police and an OC was hurt during an altercation with a mob. 400 immigrants had gathered with arms to charge towards Kokrajhar, despite a curfew being imposed. The police took charge of the situation and a major disaster was averted.

The violence has spread to Dhubri as well, where immigrants burnt down a boys hostel. Immigrant’s aggression has taken a complete anti-local turn and people from all communities are suffering because of them. People belonging to other religions haven’t been spared either. A mob even attacked the Rajdhani express train on 24th July. A lot of trains have been cancelled and thousands of passengers have been left stranded in various stations.

The violence has spread to over 400 villages in the BTAD region. Houses have been burnt down and abandoned houses looted. As of now, 32 people are dead and over 2 lakhs people have been rendered homeless. To make matters worse, the violence has spread to other parts of Assam now.

People have to live in Refugee camps in their own country because of hostiles from a foreign land. The conditions in the Refugee camps are extremely poor. Food supply is scarce, there are no medicines available and if that was not enough, the security in the camps is highly lacking. The centre has deployed 29 companies of Para-Military forces to take control of the situation, which is turning extremely hapless by the day.

It is high time that the local people in the region , irrespective of their community , come together and make sure that these illegal immigrants and hostile aliens are put to their original place, so that such incidents don’t occur again.

How BANGLADESHI MUSLIMS wiped the Assamese out in their OWN land :
Source - KARSEVAK INDIA

In the absence of any definite policy of the Government, the infiltration gradually assumed an alarming proportion and the aliens became politically so strong that no political party in this state is in a position to form the government without their support.

British annexed Assam in 1826 and placed it under the administrative unit of Bengal Province . They brought educated and English knowing Bengalese to assist them in its administration. After partition of Bengal in 1905 the geo-political reconstitution of the region increased the flow of Bengali speaking population particularly the Muslim peasantry from the over populated East Bengal to sparsely populated fertile lands of Brahmaputra and Surma valleys of this isolated northeast corner of India. The formation of All India Muslim League (AIML) in 1906 at Dhaka also hatched a political conspiracy to expand its numerical strength in Assam and initiated organised migration of Muslims from East Bengal . Nawab Salim Ullah Khan, a prominent Muslim leader and one of the founder members of AIML in his public meeting after the concluding session of the League, “exhorted the Muslims to migrate to Assam and settle there”.

The alarming forecast of Census Superintendent C. S. Mullan in his Census report of 1931validated the political conspiracy of AIML in Assam :

“Probably the most important event in the province during the last 25 years – an event, moreover, which seems likely to alter permanently the whole feature of Assam and to destroy the whole structure of Assamese culture and civilisation has been the invasion of a vast horde of land-hungry immigrants mostly Muslims, from the districts of East Bengal. … wheresoever the carcass, there the vultures will be gathered together ” (Politics of Migration by Dr. Manju Singh, Anita Publications, Jaipur, 1990, Page 59).

By late nineteen thirties the AIML turned its expansionist design into a confrontationist Muslim politics in Assam . It encouraged the Muslim migrants to settle in Assam and since then the immigrants have became a chronic problem in the provincial politics of the state. Influx of Muslim peasantry in Assam converted its wastelands into cultivable fields and helped in development of its economy. But exposure of this otherwise closed society to new socio-political environment adversely affected its socio-cultural scenario.

After 1937 election, Gopi Nath Bordoloi headed a Congress led coalition Government in Assam and tried to stop the unhindered flow of immigrant Muslims. But his Government had to resign in November 1939 to respond to the Congress High Command’s call for resignation of all its Provincial Governments in protest against the War policy of the British. This decision of the party however facilitated the formation of an alternative Coalition Government in Assam headed by Sir Saadullah of AIML. “During the period between 1939-1941, Saadullah Government allotted one Lakh bighas (Little less than an acre) of land in Assam valley for the settlement of East Bengal immigrants” (Political History of Assam – Edited by A. C. Bhuyan and Shibopada De, Vol. III, Publication Board of Assam, 1999, Page 262). He ignored the protest of Assam Congress leaders like Bishnuram Medhi and others on the plea that the Muslim exodus from Bengal to Assam was necessary for the success of ‘Grow more food’ scheme in the state.

Lord Wavel, Viceroy of India in the Viceroy’s Journal, London Publication,December 22, 1943 said: ” …The chief political problem is the desire of Muslim Ministers of Assam to increase the immigrations into uncultivated Government lands in Assam under the slogan of ‘Grow more food’ but what really is to ‘Grow more Muslims’ (Politics of Migration by Dr. Manju Singh, Anita Publications, Jaipur, 1990, Page 70). Mahatma Gandhi too expressed his concern over the problem of such unrestricted immigration but he could not do anything to check the exodus for the reason best known to him.The resignation of Congress led Government in Assam was the first blunder committed by the party in respect of its policy on Muslim immigration. Even Subash Chandra Bose and the Congress leaders of Assam had argued for exemption of Assam from the decision of the party on the plea that it would help the AIML in settling the Muslim immigrants in the state. The Congress High Command was however, not convinced.

With large-scale settlement of alien immigrants following the installation of Saadullah Government, AIML established a tremendous influence on the Muslim population of Assam , who later aggressively supported the demand for Pakistan . After 1946 general election Bordoloi again headed the Congress Government and took a firm and tough stand for eviction of immigrants. Alarmed with the eviction plan of Bordoloi, AIML Legislators’ Convention held at Delhi in April 1946, demanded inclusion of Assam in Pakistan and strongly opposed the eviction plan of immigrant Muslims. Abdul Hamid Khan, popularly known as Maulana Bhasani, a volatile League leader, who had dominated Muslim politics in Assam till partition was deputed to execute the “AIML plan to turn the non-Muslim majority state of Assam into Muslim majority state”. Meanwhile Jinnah came up with the demand of the League for inclusion of Assam in proposed Pakistan . The central leadership of the Congress party had virtually made up its mind to give up its claim over Assam and Bordoloi had to run from pillar to post and convince Mahatma Gandhi whose intervention could only save Assam from going to Pakistan . Since whole energy of Bordoloi was to save Assam from the geo-political design of AIML, he failed to give proper attention to implement his plan to cleanse Assam from Muslim immigrants. Assamese people for their centuries old closeness with cultural current of India had fought shoulder to shoulder with the freedom fighters of the country against the British power, but the attitude of the Congress High Command created an emotional distance from the centre.

After partition, the Assamese people expected that there would not be any further trans-migration of Muslims from East Pakistan to their new political territory. Muslim populations in Assam considerably decreased in 1947 partly due to inclusion of Sylhet in Pakistan and also return of sizeable number of earlier immigrants to their original land due to fear of backlash. But the situation changed, when Mainul Haq Chaudhary, the Private Secretary of Jinnah and also a prominent leader of the youth wing of AIML till partition joined Congress party along with the supporters of Pakistan en-mass. On the eve of partition, he was shaky whether to opt for Pakistan or stay back in India . He was however told by Jinnah, “wait for ten years, I shall present Assam on a silver plate to you” (Politics of Alienation in Assam by Bhawani Singh, 1984, Page 72). Jinnah died in 1948 but the Congress Party fulfilled his promise by inducting Chaudhary in the Cabinet of Congress Government led by Gopi Nath Bordoloi. It is often alleged that Chaudhary stayed back in Assam on the advice of Jinnah and other Pakistani leaders to help the immigrants from Pakistan for their settlement in Assam .

After Independence the flow of illegal migration from East Pakistan again increased aggressively as in absence of any population planning by its government or any social movement for creating awareness to control population, its people remained facing the problem of living space for survival. To carry forward the political legacy of AIML that East Pakistan / Bangladesh needed more lebensraum or living space, its leaders continued their plan for Islamic expansionism in Assam through infiltration of Muslims as the country was unable to shoulder the burden of its multiplying population. The successive governments in Pakistan pursued the twin policy of squeezing out the Hindus and infiltrating the Muslims to settle down in Assam and other bordering states in India .

Against the evil geo-political design of Pakistan , which scared the Assamese middle class of the threat to their marginalisation in their own land, Government of India never had any organised plan or definite policy. Nehru-Liaquat Pact (April 1950) with “special provisions for restoration of rights of immigrants over their properties if they would choose to return not later than the 31st December 1950″ (Assam Issue -The Biginning – The End -The Beginning by Vijay Kumar Dewan, United Publishers Guwahati, 1985, Page 34-35) rather facilitated the Pakistan Government to accelerate infiltration. The Pact, which validated the entry of immigrants up to 31.12.50, was against the spirit of Immigrants (Expulsion from Assam ) Act 1950 enacted by Parliament on 13.2.1950. It is said that the Congress leadership applauded the increase of Muslim immigrants as a God sent opportunity to consolidate the ‘Muslim vote banks’ and accordingly ruled Assam without any break for thirty years.

In early sixties, the Government of Assam under the leadership of Congress Chief Minister Bimala Prasad Chaliha launched an aggressive campaign to flush out the immigrants, who settled in Assam since January 1951. He even disregarded Prime Minister Nehru’s plea to go slow on the issue. “Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru wanted the Assam Chief Minister, Bimala Prasad Chaliha to go easy on deportations and even stop them. Chaliha refused, saying that the problem was so critical that Assam ‘s demography and culture would be permanently changed” (Rites of Passage by Sanjoy Hazarika, Penguin Books, 2000, Page 60).

Chaliha Government armed itself with Prevention of Infiltration from Pakistan (PIP) Act 1964 and pursued the campaign. Even though, the Muslim leaders encouraged the Bengali speaking Muslim immigrants to declare Assamese as their mother tongue to dodge the police of their detection, Chaliha’s campaign against the infiltrators pressed a panic button among them. However, twenty Muslim MLAs in the Government threatened him to topple his ministry if he does not stop deportations. Chaliha had to succumb to this pressure and the PIP Act was put in cold storage (Ibid.). Those who, were deported earlier gradually returned and again settled in Assam .

As per conservative assessment about a million of Muslim infiltrators settled down in the vacant areas contiguous to the areas where Muslim migrants in British India were already settled. Moinul Huq Choudhury, who later became a Minister in the Union Cabinet of Indira Gandhi Government and former President of India Fakharuddin Ali Ahmad were widely known for being instrumental in the settlement of illegal Muslim immigrants. Gradually, the Muslim population in Assam , which was about 19 Lakhs in 1947, increased to about 36 Lakhs within 25 years of Independence by 1972. “Late B.K.Nehru, the Governor of Assam between 1968 and 1973, condemned the infiltration as vote bank politics by the Congress” (Prafulla Goradia in Pioneer dated September 15, 2005). “Over the years, the Congress with its activist pro-minority plank was seen as a party which supported the interest of the settlers. It was thus labeled pro-’Bangladeshi’ by its opponents” (Rites of Passage by Sanjoy Hazarika, Penguin Books, 2000, Page 69).

In 1971Bangladesh emerged as a sovereign nation after liberation war against Pakistan with the help of Indian Army. In stead of being grateful, the new nation maintained the same policy of Pakistan on Muslim infiltration in Assam . People of India in general and Assam in particular failed to understand that when the changed geo-political reality of Indian sub-continent in 1947 sealed their political destiny with the respective country of India and Pakistan , how come the infiltration continue? The argument of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the first president of Bangladesh that, “without the inclusion of Assam the East Bengal economy could not be balanced” is ridiculous as a sovereign nation cannot throw its burden on another countries. If he was unable to bear the responsibility of his own people, he should not have gone for liberation of Bangladesh . Such an attitude of Sheikh Mujib proved that he also carried forward the AIML legacy of Muslim expansionism in Assam . He was an equal partner in implementation of the geo-political design of Pakistan to destablise Assam and balkanise it on the basis of religion. Z.A Bhutto had spelt out this design as far back as in 1968. “The late Prime Minister of Pakistan, Z.A.Bhutto, wrote about the geo-political aims of Pakistan in 1968 in his book, The Myth of Independence where he elaborated that it would be wrong to think that Kashmir is the only dispute that divides India and Pakistan, though it is undoubtedly the most significant one, at least is nearly as important as the Kashmir dispute is that of ASSAM and some districts adjacent to East Pakistan” (Insurgency in North-East India-The Role of Bangladesh, Edited by Dipankar Sengupta and Sudhir Kumar Singh, Authors Press, 2004, Page 73-74).
Even after liberation, a huge number of Bangladeshi Muslims stayed back in Assam and helped their co-religionists in influencing the electoral politics of this state. They not only further increased the demographic imbalance in the state but also scared the Assamese middle class of the danger to their socio-cultural identity. One may like to recall that it was a shocking revelation of detection of thousands of Bangladeshi Muslims in the revision of electoral rolls in Mangaldoi Parliamentry constituency in 1979, which sparked the Assam agitation led by All Assam Students Union (AASU) against the Bangladeshi infiltrators.

When the Assam agitation reached to its climax and turned violent, two separate delegations one of legislators (16) led by Janata Party leader Golap Barbora and another of writers(4) led by Dr. Birendra Kumar Bhattacharyya emphatically narrated the alarming problem of illegal Muslim immigration in Assam in their respective memorandum to the Rajya Sabha Committee of Petitions. Seventy -third Report of the Committee of Petitions, Rajya Sabha dated March 22, 1982 while quoting the memorandum said:

“The official statistics showed that a total of 2,20,690 Pakistani infiltrators were detected in the state during the period 1950-1961 and another 1,92, 339 were spotted in the following decade. During the Bangladesh War of Liberation (1971) a total of 1,00,000 immigrants stayed behind even after Independence of their country. … The prime factor responsible for this abnormal growth (of Muslims) was the geo-political ambition of Pakistan over Assam ” (Page 2 of the Report).

The Report quoting the memorandum of Legislators led by Golap Barbora maintained:

“No sovereign nation can permit the influx of foreign nationals into its territory. But the North Eastern region of the country in general and Assam in particular have been experiencing the area being utilised as the dumping ground for a large numbers of foreigners being vomited out by a neighbouring country since a long time. Besides, a large number of such foreigners were appeased with political rights by entering their names in the voters’ list of the state for petty political games at the instance of the vested political forces that were at the helm of affairs since Independence” (Ibid.).

The Report quoting the memorandum signed by the writers of Assam said:

“That the problem of infiltration of foreigners in large scale has reached such a stage that unless immediate drastic steps were taken to solve it, the state of Assam , and for that matter, the entire North Eastern Region, faces the danger of being over run by foreigners in the next few years”. The memorandum also quoted the written address of the Chief Election Commissioner to the Chief Election Officers Conference at Ootacamund on 24th September 1978. He said: “I would like to refer to the alarming situation in some states, specially in the North Eastern Region, wherefrom disturbing reports are coming regarding large scale inclusion of foreign nationals in the electoral rolls”. Refering to Assam the Chief Election Commissioner further said: “The influx has become a very regular feature. I think that it may not be wrong assessment to make that on the basis of increase of 34.98 percent between the two Census (1961-1971), the increase that is likely to be recorded in the 1991 Census would be more than 100 percent over the 1961 Census. ..”Another disturbing factor in this regard in the demand made by the political parties for the inclusion in the electoral rolls of the name of such migrants who are not Indian citizens” (Ibid. Page 18-19).

Replying to the debate in Rajya Sabha, the Home Ministry maintained that “the Government is fully seized of the matter. Efforts towards finding a solution satisfactory to all concerned are continuing” (Ibid. Page 25).

During negotiation with the agitating AASU leaders, the Government wanted 1971 as cut-off year for treating the immigrants as foreigners, which meant that all the alien infiltrators, who settled in Assam between 1951 and 1971 were to be accorded Indian citizenship. However, the negotiation broke down as AASU insisted on January 1951 as cut-off year. One fails to understand that why Government of India did not take a tough stand on the cut -off year for the citizenship on the basis of the National Register of 1951? Since infiltrators were the foreigners they would not have been given the citizenship of the country. Justice M.C.Chagla, former Education Minister once said:

“We have our constitution, we have citizenship laws. There are decisions by the highest courts to indicate who is a national and who is a foreigner. What does it matter when a person came to Assam if he is not a national but a foreigner. The year of his entry does not change his legal status. Unnecessary complications have been introduced by talking of the cut-off year”(‘ Assam ’s Agony by Amiya Kumar Das, Lancer’s Publication Delhi, 1982, Page 132). Such logic of an eminent personality had no meaning in the vote bank politics of the Congress.

When the movement picked up momentum the Congress Government at centre led by Indira Gandhi pushed legislation in Parliament in 1983 called Illegal Migrants Determination by Tribunal (IMDT) Act. Tribunal was set up in each district of Assam to decide upon the presence of illegal migrants. Under IMDT Act onus lied on prosecution to prove before the tribunal that the suspect was foreigner. This was against the provision of the Foreigner Act under which suspect was to prove his or her Indian citizenship. This lacuna in the new Act hardly brought desired result. Ironically, AASU leaders never raised this point assertively and after repeated negotiations signed Assam Accord in the early hour of August 15, 1985. Violating all the constitutional provisions, the Accord accepted the infiltrators between 1951 to 1971 as genuine citizens of the country. The Accord maintained 1971 as cut-off year for detection, deletion from voters’ list and deportation.

Assamese people, who were tired of long agitation from 1979 to 1985 celebrated the Accord. The power hungry AASU leaders, while taking it as their first political victory formed a political organisation namely Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) and contested subsequent Assembly election held by the end of 1985. As expected, they got a landslide victory and formed Government. Soon after forming the Government, they fell into the trap of vested interests and the problem of infiltration went to the back burner. Meanwhile, ULFA an off shoot of AASU/AGP raised armed rebellion against Government of India for cessation of Assam from India .

The people belonging to Bengali descent apprehended a danger to their deportation following the Assam Accord but thanks to Muslim lobby, the process of detection, deletion and deportation remained as slow as it was before the Accord. One may laugh to know that ” between 1983 to 2000, the sixteen tribunals in various districts…. have located about 10,000 illegals (immigrants) of which a bare 1,400 have been deported” (Rites of Passage by Sanjoy Hazarika, Penguin Books, 2000, Page 70).

Ironically, even after the alarming report on the ‘demographic invasion’ by Bangladesh by the Governor of Assam in 1998 the problem of Muslim infiltrators remains as acute in Assam as ever. Report on ‘Illegal Migration into Assam as submitted to the President of India by the Governor, Lt. Gen.(Retd.) S. K. Sinha in 1998 “warned that if the present trends are not arrested, the indigenous people of Assam would be reduced to a minority and there may, in course of time, be a demand for the merger of Muslim dominated bordering districts with Bangladesh” (Insurgency in North-East India: The Role of Bangladesh – Dipankar Sengupta -Sudhir Kumar Singh, Authorspress, Delhi 2004, Page 73). Governor’s report, which called the infiltration a “national threat” and the report “worked out by Group of Ministers, headed by Union Home Minister in 2001 noted that more than 15 million illegal immigrants have entered India over the last five decades from Bangladesh, an intrusion that has completely changed the demography of large parts of Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Tripura and Bihar” (Ibid.).

“The 1991 census shows that the Muslim population of the country increased by 4.02 million, or 65.4 7 per cent over that of 1971, in Assam the increase has been by 77.42 per cent. Muslims now form a majority in the district of Dhubri (70.42%), Goalpara (50.18%), Barpeta (56.07%) and Hailakandi (55.18%)” (Insurgency in North-East India-The Role of Bangladesh, Edited by Dipankar Sengupta and Sudhir Kumar Singh, Authors Press, 2004, Page 51). In addition to these four Muslim majority districts other five districts namely Bongaigaon (32.74 %), Morigaon (45.31 %), Nagaon (47.19 %), Karimganj (49.17 %) and Cachar (34.49 %) are having Muslim population varying between 32.74 percent to 49.17 percent. “Although the 2001Religion census is yet to be declared, an independent analysis that was conducted seems to show that there has been a sizeable growth in population among Muslims in Assam . It records that as a community the Muslims had registered an increase of 16.17 percent growth in 2001 figures (Terror Sans Frontier:Islamic Militancy in North India by Jaideep Saikia, Ford Fellow, July 2003, page 17).

“According to a study conducted by a few scholars of Toronto University and the American Academy of Arts and Science, 15 Million Bangladesh nationals have infiltrated in India . According to another study done by another American organisation, namely, The Advancement of Science, 20 million Bangladesh nationals are presently staying in India” (The Silent Invasion by Hiranya Kumar Bhattacharyya, Spectrum Publications, Guwahat:Delhi, 2001, Page 83). Muslim infiltration from Bangladesh into India is somewhere between 10 millions to 20 millions (Pioneer dated 22.9. 2004 by S.Gurumurthy, a widely known economists). Despite these observations on infiltration, Bangladesh never accepted the illegal migration of its people and often blamed India for deliberately pushing out its principal religious minority to their territory. Infiltration being one of the reasons behind the troubled relation between the two countries but Bangladesh in assistance with Pakistan continues fighting against India for Islamic expansionism as a result Assam has become its first victim. The political leadership as well as the officials, who govern the country are fully aware of this hard reality of infiltration but ironically they close their eyes due to the expediency of the vote bank politics. In absence of any accountably they overlooked the problem of undocumented illegal immigrants settled in Indian soil and threw the Assamese in the cesspool of Muslim vote bank politics.

“The Assam Police claimed to have arrested four hardcore ISI functionaries arrested by Assam Police on August 7, 1999. It was disclosed by them that “ISI had plans to train 10000 people in Assam for jehad to liberate Assam and establish an Islamic country comprising the territory of the state and some other parts of North-Eastern India” (Insurgency in North-East India-The Role of Bangladesh, Edited by Dipankar Sengupta and Sudhir Kumar Singh, Authors Press, 2004 Page 74).

One may wonder how the Muslim population of Assam from19, 81857 in 1951 increased to 63,73,204 in 1991. Census figure suggests over 30 percent growth in Muslim population of Assam after 1951.Taking into account the pace of growth rate between 1951 to 1991 the Muslim populatioin in Assam might have increased to at least 33 percent by 2005. It means the present Muslim population in the State might have increased to another 3 percent. On the other hand Hindu population in the State decreased from 72.51 percent in 1971 to 67.13 percent in 1991. It means the decrease rate of about 5 percent in 20 years. If the trends are allowed to continue a day will come when indigenous people of State may come under Islamic subjugation and would ultimately be forced to face a serious threat to their identity as happened in the case of Kashmir (Terror Sans Frontier:Islamic Militancy in North India by Jaideep Saikia, Ford Fellow, July 2003).

After 22 years of the enactment of IMDT Act the Supreme Court repealed it in last July. The Muslim leaders, who are not happy with the verdict of the highest court in the country already started their arm twisting approach to ensure that the ruling party at centre could bring another legislation or ordinance for a substitute of IMDT Act. Baduddin Azmal, President Jaiat – Ulema -e- Hind , Assam expressed his anguish against the Congress for its failure to defend the IMDT Act. He is also exploring the possibility of mobilising the various Muslim organisations to bring them under a political party for contesting next year Assembly elections. Muslims now constitute over 30 percent of about 26 million population of Assam . They are now at the centre stage of Assam politics due to their commanding influence in about 40 of the total 126 Assembly constituencies. Sensing the mood of the Muslim leaders all the political parties except the Bhartiya Janata Party have already started hobnobbing with Muslim leaders for electoral alliance with them for next year Assembly elections in the state. It is an irony of fate that even AGP and its splinter group AGP (Progressive), whose leaders had led a high voltage agitation against the immigrants are also speaking the same language to appease the Muslim leaders for their support in election as Congress has been doing since Independence .

The higher growth of Muslim population in Assam due to unrestricted infiltration for consolidating the Muslim votes is a threat to its socio-cultural subjugation. It is one of the major sources of bitterness and tension in the region. Now the political clout of Muslim leaders is so strong that no political party is in a position to take a tough stand against the illegal immigrants in this state. But it is ridiculous that United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA), an offshoot of ASSU, which fought for detection, deletion (from voters’ list) and deportation of these foreigners – demands cessation of Assam from India with the support of same Bangladesh and Pakistan against whom they had launched agitation. Due to lack of vision they do not understand the design of the communal politics of the Muslims of Assam and neighbouring Bangladesh . They must know that once, Assam is ceded from India , the Muslim militants will throw away the Hindus in Assam as they did in Pakistan and Bangladesh . Their condition will be same as of the Kashmiri Pundits. They must take a lesson from the political vision of the former leaders of Assam like Gopi Nath Bordoloi, Bisnu Ram Medhi and B.P.Chaliha who even at the cost of humiliation by the Congress High Command never thought of secession and pursue their political fight against infiltration to the best of their capacity.

Veerji Kolhi Frees 33 More Bonded Laborers in Pakistan

Veerji Kolhi  frees another 33 Bonded Laborers in Pakistan though the Sessions Court in Mirpurkhas.  To date the count of released victims has now raised to 111 people  who are now free from  a terrible existence. Veerji's success can be seen internationally for his tireless efforts to ensure freedom for his people.  Veerji Kolhi is one man  willing to face any fate upon himself for his efforts and he proves that sentiment every day he shows himself in court on behalf of the victims.

There is nothing greater than freedom!  It is better to be in poverty and be free than to be a slave and have what the taskmasters feel is everything!  One meal a day for 24 hours of labor  is not a fair exchange.  Constant threats and fear of torture, rape and abduction is never acceptable for any human being.  Many  wonder and even sarcastically ponder how these newly freed people  who have endured so much will be able to be rehabilitated back into society after knowing nothing other than the life of a slave for their entire lives.

This sentiment was not unlike  the United States of America when the African slaves were freed.  There was doubt and uncertainty as to how these people would ever find jobs or fit into regular society.  Hope can be shown for this dilemma as in  the United States  the newly freed slaves did not lose their drive to make a better life.  They too had no support from the rest of society.  They  showed persistence  and desire to make a change for the better despite others placing obstacles in their way constantly.  Veerji Kolhi is a true example of a person who moves through every obstacle placed in his way.  He never gives up and he continues to fight no matter how tired he may be and at his own personal sacrifice.  He is a mentor and a role model for the future. So much can be learned from his wisdom and his ability to be optimistic in the face of a harsh and dangerous reality.  Light shines  within you Veerji Kolhi  and the Face of God shines upon you.  May  you continue your efforts  in helping the victims  of this terrible practice of Bonded Labor and may you remain unstoppable in all your projects fighting for the protection of Human
Rights.

Veerji Kolhi Frees 78 Bonded Laborers in Pakistan

Veerji Kolhi has fought a long battle against bonded labor in Pakistan. 78 people were forced to work day and night with only one days ration of food in order to be strong enough to endure their heavy labors. They were held in constant fear as they worked and were threatened , tortured and raped if they would have any thoughts to escape. Veerji grew up as a bonded laborer in Paksitan himself, and vowed that so long as his people were enslaved he would accept any fate that confronted him. Today it can be shown that there is a force greater than us at work. Every success is a blessing from God. May His light continue to shine on Veerji. Seventy eight bonded laborers faced a dangerous fate had Veerji not taken their cases. Now all 78 people are free to live a normal life in freedom. From Jhudo, District Mirpurkhas, these 78 bonded laborers were granted their freedom in the Sessions Court of Mirpurkhas. Veerji Kolhi’s courage and bravery is unmatched in the face of a very dangerous situation and environment in Pakistan. Veerji works day and night at his own personal sacrifice in order to properly defend his people. Today we celebrate with Veerji and his people this great victory of the weak overcoming the strong, the success of the oppressed over a cruel oppressor and the triumph of the gentle servant over the harsh taskmaster. We celebrate with you and your people Veerji Kolhi on your great victory, and know that this is truly a sign of your dreams becoming a reality. Thousands praise you and love you for your tireless efforts for your cause and tens of thousands will soon see an end to this evil practice for eternity.

BODO MUSLIM CLASH IN ASSAM

Assam riots: Centre rushes 1,500 more jawans, toll rises to 32

At least 32 people have been killed and hundreds wounded in the eastern Indian state of Assam over the weekend in clashes between indigenous Assamese Bodo tribes and Muslim immigrants from neighboring Bangladesh. The Bodos are one of Assam’s largest indigenous tribes — they have fought not only with Muslim migrants, but battled the state of India in a bid to gain an independent state through a decades-long insurgency. While Bodos continue to seek a separate political identity, the non-Bodo groups live in apprehension of losing their land and getting ousted and their resistance is manifested in waves of clashes.
Their struggle for separate identity dates back to 1960s. They struggled for recognition of Bodo as an official language of the state, which was granted in 1976. Their hardened stand to attain separate identity made other coexisting communities apprehensive of losing their land.
The two major non-Bodo land owners in the Bodo heartland are the adivasis and the Bengali-speaking Muslims. While the adivasis have occupied the forest areas, the Bengali-speaking Muslims live on the chars (riverine areas) and nearby land. The population of Bodos, which is largest tribal group among the 23 notified STs, is just over 5% of total population of the state while Muslims constitute nearly 33% of the population.
Illegal immigration from overcrowded Bangladesh presents challenges for all of eastern India, which shares a porous border with the smaller nation.
in 1971, during the civil war in neighboring East Pakistan (the former name of Bangladesh), at least 10 million Bangladeshis poured into West Bengal in India. The majority of those migrants were Hindus fleeing persecution (rape, murder, forced conversion, etc.) from Muslims.
In subsequent years, the bulk of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh were Muslims seeking to escape poverty. The Government’s failure in curbing the flood of Bangladeshi immigration has given rise to contempt and fury of the indigenous people whose identity has been captured and threatened by the immigrants. The recent ethnic unrest and violence that spread in various parts of  the state was the result of outburst of the same.
The political parties are playing blame-game and trying to attain political mileage from the incidents. Some sections are instigating secretly and trying to give it a communal colour. The political parties are backing the immigrants for the sake of their votes, the very existence of the indigenous people will be in threat and the state will face the turmoil again and again.

Stranded passengers crowd a railway station platform in Gauhati on Tuesday after train services were disrupted due to communal clashes over land rights in western district of Kokrajhar in state Assam. Some 50,000 villagers have fled to government camps for protection since violence erupted on Friday between the ethnic Bodo community and Muslim settlers.Assam, located on the extreme northeastern edge of India, is home to some 300 tribal and ethnic groups, with many segments of the population agitating for separatism. In this volatile mix is unwanted Muslim migrants from impoverished Bangladesh.

Grasping the Media and Cyber World- For The Interest of Islamic Umma

" Whether we like to admit it or not the media directly effects our lives.  It influences our opinions and tastes and it penetrates our subconscious.  We are all effected by the media."
--Noor Houda--

Muslims use four methods to lobby the media.  E-mail and written correspondence, direct phone calls and meetings.  They choose the best method which suits the situation at hand.  Involvement and active participation that can influence people's opinions is major and very effective tool.  Muslims boast openly of their numerical supremecy, yet are stating that they have yet to use this to their advantage.  A strategy they use  is the collecting of e-mail and phone lists of daily and weekly publication e-mail and telephone lists.  They contact TV and Radio.  In the UK they contact Ofcom and complain about broadcasts they deem as islamophobic.  They list the names of all journalists they deem as islamophobic.

Cyber Jihad is their most deadly  and effective  monopoly. A recent example is their cyber attack in January 2012 on El Al Airlines and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange where the credit card information of thousands of Israelis was compromised.  They also compile hacking teams that attempt to hack Israeli sites with a goal to destroy them electronically.  Fortunately for Israel, their attempts met with failure due to the skill of Israel's own hacking team.   According to Forbes Arabia, an Arabic edition to Forbes Magazine Al-Suweidan better known as Tareq Suweidan ranks second in annual income.  He uses Facebook, Twitter,  You Tube, Vimeo, a video sharing website, Slideshare, a presentation sharing website and iTunes.  And it is very common for Muslims to meet and connect with US celebreties for funding in their projects.  Al-Sweidan has written over 30 books and hundreds of his speeches in Arabic and English are in his appearances on Arabic TV channels as well as speeches delivered in the Middle East and the West.  Among common themes are Anti-Israel sentiment.  Al-Suweidan frequently speaks on the coming end of the West promising that, "Islam is coming!"  and explaing that the Arab spring will eventually lead to the re-establishment of the Arab Caliphate in which Sharia will rule.

They realize that lip service alone will not guarantee them a victory.  There is no other alternative in their viewpoint than armed resisrance.  And even most frightening  situation is that they partner with multiple UN institutions to further their causes. Let is be noted that Muslims did not learn how to monopolize the medias on their own.  When the grand Mufti allied with Adolf Hitler in World War II, he learned the tactics  of controlling the media from the Nazis.  They had a very sophisticated way of controlling every aspect of the media and happily gave these skills to the Muslims  who only enhanced  their abilities by use of money and political influence.  As Noor Houda stated, the media effects the lives of everyone and this is why this method of control over the mainstream media and social medias is so effective for the cause of increasing their Umma and attempting to destroy their enemies. They use every statement in the media that is concerning Jews or Hindus against both groups if either group is caught with any statement or action against Islam.  As it is stated in the Qur'an that any method that hateful to your enemy use for the interest increasing the Umma through Jihad and Taqiyya. This method is globally effective and it works for them.  Little do they realize that in the end, truth always prevails and lies are always eventually exposed.

Buddhist/Muslim Clash Burma-An Inquiry Into Lack of Muslim Presence in Burmese Mainstream Lifestyle

The recent brutal religious violence in Burma's western Arakan state is due to a conflict between Buddhists and Rohingya Muslims.  This clash resulted in the burning of hundreds of homes.  The  issue  that sparked the flames of this clash  was the rape and murder of a Buddhist girl by 3 Muslim suspects.

The Rohingya Muslims are considered by the Burmese government as "illegal Bengali immigrants."  They are denied citizenship in the country and are widely despised within Burmese society.  Anti Rohingya views have swept both social and mainstream media, seemingly uniting politicians, human rights activists, journalists and civil society across Burma's muriad  ethnic groups. "The so-called Rohingya are liars", one pro-democracy group said on Twitter.  "We must kill all the kalar", another social media user said.  Kalar is a racial slur applied to dark-skinned people from the Indian sub-continent.

The Burmese refugees who themselves have fled persecution gathered at embassies around the world to protest against the Rohingya who they view as terrorists invading their homeland.  A prominent student leader Ko Ko Gyi who played a role in the 1988 democratic uprising labeled them as impostors and frauds.

Burma's media freedom has played a key role in stirring up religious tensions.  Burma's mainstream media largely accuses Al Qaeda and "illegal Bengali terrorists" as staging the violence in a bid to spread Islam in Asia.  Many allege that the Rohingya are burning their  own homes to attract attention.  This is not an uncommon phenomena.  One newspaper who published this case was censored for reporting this crime by the Burmese President Theim Seim who later suspended the publication.

Muslims cause tension in their areas  to bring attention their struggle to dominate others.  They have used the same tactics throughout history and have effected many world communities in doing so.  They have lofty goals  for the future of the world and have not consulted the nations of the world for approval of their plans.  This is a key global issue.  Muslim history defines them as nations of conquest and expansion.  Muslims  have held power under many Caliphates and have dominated other nations by brute force and destruction and the silencing of their opponents throughout the course of time.  It is ingrained within their society and has  planted its roots since Islam's birth.  Their  tactics are not any different in today's world.

British Extremist Muslim Leader Anjem Chowdhury Exposed By Neil Sears

The British live 'like animals in a jungle' with their alcohol, gambling, prostitution and pornography.
That is the stated view of Anjem Choudary, the preacher of hate who this week insulted the families of dead soldiers and branded their marching comrades as cowards.
The extremist wants Britain to be brought under Sharia law, with women forced to wear burkas and put to death for adultery.
Yet before he grew his beard and turned to fundamentalism, Choudary, 41, was very much the life and soul of the party at Southampton University.

Anjem Choudary as a university student
Big night out: The university law student Anjem Choudary's reading list extended to this soft-porn title

 Choudary and his followers
New identity: Choudary, centre, moved to radical Islam soon after qualifying as a solicitor

Photographs obtained by the Mail suggest 'Andy' - as he was then known - should be inflicting on himself the 40 lashes he prescribes for drunkenness.
As well as downing cider and lager, the cleric is shown playing drinking games with cards, clearly forbidden under his strict Islamic laws, and holding a cannabis joint between his lips before smoking it.
And the woman on the cover of the Mayfair pornographic magazine he is looking at is certainly not wearing a burka.
On the evidence of friends from his student days, Choudary had sex with numerous white Christian girls.
Under his version of Sharia law, he should be stoned to death for sex outside marriage.
Down in one: The cider swigger
High time: With beer and 'joint'

High time: Choudary with a beer and joint, and right, swigging a cider in one go
One former friend said: 'I can't keep a straight face when I see "fundamentalist Muslim Anjem Choudary" in the papers attacking the British for drinking or having girlfriends.
'When I knew him, he liked to be called Andy, would often smoke cannabis spliffs all day, and was proud of his ability to down a pint of cider in a couple of seconds.

And he was ruthless with girls. When he briefly worked as an English teacher for foreign students in London, he'd pull one of them every few days, sleep with her, then move on to another.
'If Sharia law was introduced, he would have been whipped and stoned to death many times over.'
Choudary, who was born in South-East London to a market stall-holder of Pakistani descent, has become one of the faces of extremist Islam.

Choudary graphic

But in his days as a law student, he experimented with LSD, hallucinating and laughing hysterically for more than 20 hours.
After he qualified as a solicitor, however, he swiftly moved into ever more radical Islam.
Former acquaintances said this was possibly because he was angered by his failure to land a well-paid job with a big City law firm.
At a mosque in Woolwich he met notorious firebrand preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed and quickly became his right-hand man.

He also mixed with hook-handed demagogue Abu Hamza, who once called for bomb attacks on British civilian aircraft at a meeting chaired by Choudary.
Choudary, meanwhile, is an ever-more prominent spokesman for radical Islam in Britain - despite the fact that the two groups he ran with Bakri, Al Muhajiroun and Al-Ghurabaa, have been banned.
So he was quick this week to support the radicals who protested against Royal Anglian Regiment soldiers marching in Luton on their return from Iraq.
Outrageously, he called them 'cowards who cannot fight, as their uncanny knack for death by friendly fire illustrates'.
Yesterday, the father-of-three, who lives in East London on benefits from the state he so condemns, returned to the attack.
When it was suggested he was the most reviled man in Britain, he said: 'That's a badge I would wear with pride.'
He added that 'through jihad' - which he insists would be jihad of the word, rather than the sword - he sought 'a pure Islamic state with Sharia law in Britain'.
'Every woman, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, would have to wear a traditional burka,' he said. 'Anyone who becomes intoxicated by alcohol would be given 40 lashes in public, and people who commit adultery would be stoned to death.'
When confronted about his dubious past, Choudary, who is separated from his wife, denied it.
Last night, Bakri, speaking from Lebanon where he fled to four years ago, said: 'I don't believe the rumours against my good friend Mr Choudary are really true.'
Supported by Choudary, the Muslim protesters who demonstrated against the Royal Anglian Regiment on Tuesday defiantly returned to the streets of Luton yesterday, handing out leaflets criticising the 'racist British public'.
Britain's former most senior Muslim police officer, Tarique Ghaffur, called for the demonstrators to be brought to justice.
Tariq Mahmood, of the Islamic Cultural Society, based at Luton's Central Mosque, said the protesters were notorious for causing trouble.
'This small group of people is not representative of the Muslim community,' he said.
Fanatic Ibrahim Moussawi was yesterday finally denied a visa to enter Britain.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith ruled the Hezbollah spokesman should not be allowed to travel here, despite at least two previous visits to the UK on her watch.

Freedom and Challenge for Bonded Labor

News Flash!

Veerji Kolhi has  shared the following news concerning a few of his cases  on Bonded Labor in Pakistan.  First case,  submitted in the District Session Court in Mirpurkhas by Veerji Kolhi to release them.  Order:   It has become the duty of the police to produce the detainees .  All persons must appear in Court for next session at 8:00Am for further hearing on 25th July.

A case pending for 3 years involving 17 families and a total of 76 persons  in the Mirpur Khas Division.  This is a more complicated case especially when it involves so many people.  We are praying for Veerji's success in setting them free.  We are also praying for the freedom of all those victimized by Bonded Labor in Pakistan.  We know the names of  the Landlords involved.  Veerji has  elected  not to disclose that information for the safety of the victims until the case continues on 25th July. It has  further been ordered in a case that Veerji submitted in the District of Badin that the detainee will be produced.  We share happiness for these successes  and continue to work for so many others that continue to be challenged by a system  that renders them slaves. Your prayers  and support are continually needed  to  continue our fight for Human Rights and an end to injustice.

Veerji's Trial=Nothing Good Comes From a Lie

Veerji Kolhi is currently on trial for a crime he did not commit.  He is accused  of murder  of a person yet was not present in the same location where the murder allegedly took  place.  It is a common  affront against minorities in Muslim countries  to  be subject to this form of injustice.  It is a world obligation to stop such injustices from ever occurring.  Nothing good comes from a lie.  There is no justification  for this accusation against Veerji Kolhi.  We  offer support to him as he battles this  injustice every day.  In recent weeks  as reported earlier, Veerji Kolhi freed 26  Bonded Laborers from a very dangerous landlord in Pakistan. He is also working to save an entire community from punishment  based on the filing of one claimant against a landlord.   A conflict over water rights and Veerji's victories  over false claims  cause his opposition  to continually harass him, damage his property, torture him and threaten him and his people.  Where is the justice in this behavior?  What will the international  community who is clearly aware of such cruel assault on true action for the sake of preserving Human Rights do to prevent this from ever occurring in the future?  All  of Veerji's family members, his friends and many of his contacts know the truth of this situation and we will never stop fighting until Veerji Kolhi is freed from this false accusation and vindicated!  Nothing good comes from a lie!

INTERVIEW OF EMINENT BANGLADESHI JOURNALIST & HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST JAHANGIR ALAM AKASH PART-2 TAKEN BY ACHINTYA DAS

8) What Do you think about the present government? Is it better or the same like the BNP JAMAT COALITION government? Do you think the minorities have any future in Bangladesh? Why is the population of non Muslims declining in Bangladesh?
Ans: Only the administrative power has changed and shifted to Awami League and their allies. Definitely, I can say the implementation of administrative power did not change. It is the same like the previous government.  The past BNP JAMAT coalition gave shelter to hundreds of war criminals of the liberation war of Bangladesh. It is a known fact of Bangladeshis . In the same way the ruling Awami League and their grand alliance formed government  is a big part of dictator H.M.ERSHAD.  The people of Bangladesh have recognized this recently.  One side believes in DICTATORS another one believes in RAJAKARS.   This is the main difference.  The corruption, terrorism, killing, abduction, murder,  rape;  all these type of crimes did not change mainly. Only the level of crime is distinguishable.  Minority people of Bangladesh have no bright future until or unless we get any transparent secular government of this country. The situation of minorities will remain the same like they faced in previous days .The population of minorities are declining mainly because of less security in all spheres of life such as in employment, ,business,  and education. In all fields they are mainly deprived by the government and majority.  So, for better opportunity, sometimes the ethnic minority leaves the homeland and even the extremists, land grabbers and local mafias force minorities to leave Bangladesh and enter India. These are all the primary reasons of the declining minority population of Bangladesh.

9)  What are your hobbies and how do you spend your free time ?
Ans: My hobby is to help the penniless and destitutes , but the dirty politics of Bangladesh even snatched that hobby  from my life.  A feeling of doleful state has developed in my heart after this , from far distance or from foreign land the way a person can help human beings , love them and to make them brave and dauntless, that’s what I am doing now.  I can’t do anything more than this in this moment.

10) Who is your day dream idol in your career and why?
Ans: Every individual in this world has differences. We can’t be the clone of any genius but we can follow them only.  If you tell me the lessons of idealism then surely I shall say that Mr. Malay Kumar Bhowmick inspired me all the time(Mr. Malay Kumar Bhowmick is a well known professor of  Rajshahi University and  a well known dramatist of bangladesh)  . I have learned many things from him, but in return, I failed to give him something.  Being a journalist, I always tried to follow Monajatuddin, Late.Manik Saha.

11) Why did you leave Bangladesh in the year 2009 along with your family?
Ans: No one leaves his mother and country happily to get settled in a foreign land , I am also not an exception in my case . I also did not leave my country happily .There was no financial cause to leave my motherland.  I always wanted to help the hapless , exploited and tormented people those who cannot raise their voice to the top level of the society of Bangladesh .  I was only unmasking the face of culprits, terrorists, frauds and corrupt people of the society. Due to this, they wanted to silence me completely forever .Not only that they wanted to stop my pen and journalism activities, for this, they developed a conspiracy against me . I was doing investigative documentaries in these fields like killing, rape, and corruption, extra judicial killings oppression of minority and tribal people . In 2007 all the machinators made a false complaint case against me .The RAB (Rapid Action Battalion) arrested me from my house at night 1:30 am. After that they covered my face with the black hat and started torturing me at the jail custody and hung me for 15 hours.  The night passed away and when the morning came again they started torturing me physically.  They gave electric shock and I became senseless several times .They hung me for 15 hours in the police cell .After that, they lifted the case on the basis of emergency and sent me to the police custody.  I got bail and I was released after spending 28 days from the jail and then again I received threats.  I left Rajsahi and went to Dhaka.  The RAB Bangladeshi Army wanted to kill me on crossfire .However in 2009 Sheikh Hasina took the power. After that, terrorists gave threats to me .My life became  very insecure and uncertain along  with my family .There is a famous statement in Bengali culture that if a tiger touches it is equal to 36 times of lashing, but if RAB catches it is equal to death. It is a very well known concept of the people of Bangladesh. In this moment a German organization came and supported their hands to me. They saved my life.   I went to Germany with my family .Since 2009 I am still residing in Europe.

12) Do you believe that will the multiculturalism and freethinking of Europe end under the clutches of radicalism and extremism?
Ans:It is a very complex question.  Although people are not unaware of this issue .Last year on 22nd July a Christian terrorist  Ander’s Breivik from Norway Utoya gunned and killed more than 50 youths .He thought that Norway and Europe will go to the hands of Muslims and radical Islamists, so to stop Muslim immigration, Breivik performed this killing operation. It was his demand .Though the numbers of people like Breivik are not so many in Europe, there are plenty of protagonists for this interest. We can’t say that the political leadership is not aware of this current trend .They want to flourish Europe more by allowing multiculturalism and through unification they will make Europe a  more advanced and prospering place .The followers of this policy is not less .It is a bitter truth that cultural clash is increasing in many parts of Europe .Through this concept, fear and uncertainty some countries has banned to wear burqa. It is very very hard for a radical or extremist model to penetrate a host country and transform it to a new way in Europe, as European administration is always aware of protecting free speech, fundamental rights and freedom of religion, so an extremist religious faith can’t grow easily there to form absolute majority and dominance in the long run.

13) What is your long-term goal in life?
Ans: I would like to work for the people of my country. I want to do something for my country.Though i am residing in a country which provides full rights & protection to me for my work , but still i miss my country every single minute .

14)  Are you a humanist first or a Muslim first ?
Ans: I am a humanist, this my first and last identity.  I don’t know whether I will say that I am proud of it or not, but I was born in a Muslim family.I never judged people on the basis of religion, race complexion, poor, rich, small ,large and I will never do it in future also . I can assure you 100% on this topic.

I was really amazed to take the interview of Mr. Jahangir Alam Akash .He is a very well versed person in terms of his works .He has already published four books like Pain,Bichar bahirbhuta hatyakanda abong pratihingsa ,Jangi godfather abong ananya prasanga , & 15 hours in complete darkness . After leaving bangladesh he formed human rights today & euro bangla two well known web platforms where he was the editor of both of the two e-magazines in bangla , english & in different languages & Though later cyber-terrorists hacked his two sites. After having all these troubles still Mr. Jahangir Alam Akash is actively working for human rights in europe with the same passion. He miss his country & relatives all the time , but he never compromised with truth once he reported a news against his own brother in a bangladeshi newspaper.
