Look around the world and you will see the Jewish population declining. One reason for the decline in the Jewish population in the world today is mainly because of the ratio in birthrate as compared with Muslims. Each Muslim man may take up to four wives. Each wife has four or more children. Jewish men may have only one wife. The average number of children is four or five in a Jewish household. Muslims are willing to have as many children as possible to increase their Umma and for the purpose of sacrifice for the spread of Islam. Jews have children for the sake of love and to preserve Jewish tradition from generation to generation.
Perhaps the most brutal reasons for this decline are ethnic cleansing and Terrorism. Jews came from Muslim lands fleeing this persecution in these lands. Muslims taxed Jews heavily, abducted women, confiscated personal property and murdered entire Jewish communities for the sake of their expansionist ideology. Jews were killed off by cramming them into very poor quarters with little resources. They were not able to enjoy equal rights as Muslims as they were not considered citizens of the land. Many Jews died from illness brought on by poor living conditions. The Muslims took no sympathy for this as it was commonly taught by Muslims that the Jews were not worthy of praise.
In Israel, terrorism against Jews occurs daily in many forms including suicide bombings by Palestinians, continuous firing of missiles into Israeli cities and murder of families during religious observances and abduction of soldiers and women. Thousands of Jewish lives have been taken by such activities. This has been going on since Islam’s beginnings. The Jewish community of Saudi Arabia’s destruction is mentioned in the Qur’an. The common practice of Muslims who committed these acts was to attempt to erase Jewish history and claim that history as their own. Anti-Semitism is the fuel the leads to this uncontrollable fire of hatred against the Jewish people. The Muslims of the world actively engage in slander against the Jewish people. Worldwide, Jewish people are attacked. Look at Europe at the revival of Anti-Semitism in many countries such as France, Spain, England, Hungary and Germany and also beginning to rise in the USA.

The final reason is due to assimilation and intermarriage. When Jews assimilate into a culture that is not their own they lose their values and their traditions. If a Jew marries a non-Jewish person many times the Jewish person accepts the faith of their marriage partner. Judaism thus disappears and the Jewish people become extinct. We are struggling to maintain that light within ourselves as Jews. We share this light with Hindus to preserve who we are and never lose sight of that and to fight for the preservation of our religions and the respect, dignity and the right to freely practice and live in a peaceful world.
