A note from our National Youth Movement leader Ripon Dey has brought to our attention that there has been success for religious minorities in in Bangladesh.  The link above describes the activity of a leader in Bangladesh who is finally taking a stand for the rights of religious minorities.  These rights have been ignored for far too long!  National Youth Movement has lead several protests against such injustice.  We are proud to see changes that are about to take place in Bangladesh and hope that this example can spread for the rest of the religious minorities facing similar oppression. Bangladesh is an extremely dangerous region.  Ripon Dey, himself, has been warned about his activities yet he, too among many other leaders will not be swayed by the bullying of the oppressors.  A positive turn of events is occuring  and we are proud of all those who move beyond the threats and who continue to advocate against regimes that intentionally cause upheaval and harm to innocent victims.
