Special Declarations : Some Question's Answers are overlapped with other questions. If you read the whole passage you will understand the whole idea of this online interview.

                                                       PART  1

ANS : 1 ) I started as a Human Rights activist when I came to Europe 1994.  Because our community suffered too much in Afghanistan since  1992 after fundamentalist Mujahaddin took power in the country We are a tiny minority less than .05 %, and we believe in peace and non- violence.  In Afghanistan and out of Afghanistan we forever remain as a minority. For me, this was the only option to start struggle for community.  The only way was with a way through  human rights.  For many years I tried with Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch ands one of the Human Rights groups in the  USA ,but this was just a learning phase. In 2005,  I received information for further Human Rights activity to participate in a conference in Denhege, Holland .There, I met many people from different parts of South Asia like Indian Kashmir ,Bangladesh ,Surinam ,USA ,EU countries etc. We were the founders of a Human Rights orgnization called Global Human Rights Defence  which defends the rights of minorities in South Asia and Afghanistan.  That was a very historic moment for me as I started to work with this organization and always presented  the issues of  Afghani Hindus and Sikhs.

ANS : 2)     The Afghan  government  never provided us any kind of security, not at our whole lifespan .After the  downfall of the Taliban Regime  we  were  hopeless because in the Bonn conference in Germany there was no representative from the Hindu and Sikh communities. Also,  in the present Hamid Karzai's rule   Afghanistan's  new constitution remained the same Islamic and oppresseive so non- muslims must  be treated as a  second class citizen in the country.

ANS :3)  We had to  face  many problems because of Hindu or Sikh identity such as harrassment in all places  ,looting ,occupation of our properties, such as shops ,houses ,lands, forced  conversion to Islam especially females , paying tax via Jizya ,destruction  of our Temples  and Gurudwaras and looting of them. In the time of  the Babri masjid demolition  in India the Government workers and  Mujahaddin Malashi burned several mandirs and grudwaras all over Afghanistan.

ANS :4 )  In our daily life  we face discrimination ,violence ,harrassment of children and women it is pretty common in Afghanistan .There was difficulty  resolving such kinds of violence against us. We must  only pay ransoms to silence the radicals.

ANS :5 )  When we left our homeland nothing was given by the UN office in Kabul to help us. Even the UN office and very strong international medias like the BBC also failed to provide  help to us or to raise the voice to the  world’s international community.  We have never seen any voluntary Human Rights organization come to help us.

ANS :6 ) Yes from different fundamentalists Mujahaddin groups which had occupied different parts of Kabul city, myself  my community received many times death  threats  and we paid ransoms to save lives and avoid further harassments from the muslims of Afghanistan.

ANS :7 ) Before fundamentalist regime and  in the time of communist rule and also in the  time of President Dawood and his kingdom , the time in Afghanistan was a little bit secular. Hindus were economically  powerful. They  used to  go to school ,to work or study but faced  harrassment  some times from normal people However, the government was there  to defend the Hindus and the Sikhs. Though some cases of  conversions   took place for a little chunk of the total non- muslim population of Afghanistan.
My main objection  is that I stand forever for the rights of all those who had  faced  discrimination. My mission is to secure their rights and equality for all .
My dream person is Mahatma Gandhi and Rabinder Nath Tagore.  Also, I was  impressed  very much by USA Black community leader Martin Luther King .

ANS :8 ) My long time goal is to fight for Human Rights ,secularism and democracy for Afghanistan,  and I work with all those friends who work in this field.

ANS :9 )  Vanishing of non muslim minorities  from Afghanistan is in the processing stage  but not full.  Within 20 years if fundamentalism remains, then yes.

ANS :10 )  Afghanistan is still full of many problems in the 21st century.  It  is   deeply afflicted in poverty, darkness ,undevelopment , war and with insecurity. Elimination of extremists  from Afghanistan’s soil is  only possible when the  superpower USA  and neighboring countries  will work together against this common threat of  terrorism.

PART - 1 EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW OF FAMOUS AFGHANI HINDU HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST Dr. FAGIRCHAND CHANDIHOK.THE SECOND PART WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON SO STAY TUNED WITH US.

Dr. Fagirchand Chandihok is an Afghani Hindu who fled from Afghanistan in 1994 as a refugee and took politcal assylum in Germany.  He was threatened by the Mujahaddin of Afghanistan to leave his homeland.  He is a Hindu by birth and a medical doctor by profession.  Currently he resides in Germany and works as a Human Rights activist and advocates for the rights of Hindus and Sikhs of Afghanistan and South Asia.

                                                PART  2

PART - 2  EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW OF FAMOUS AFGHANI HINDU HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST Dr. FAGIRCHAND CHANDIHOK.

ANS :14 ) As a refugee community in Europe we have lot of problems in different EU countries specifically USA and Canada. Our old generation remains illiterate in Afghanistan as well  as women because of several reasons.  Adaptation and integration of our community with a different culture is quite  difficult in new countries.  We need time to learn languages ,laws, responsibilities and rights. These are  the main problems.
Some asylum seeker’s  visas  are not granted by the government on a permanent basis, and now they remain in danger and living in a condition of temporary assylum visa.  In many European countries, USA and in Canada.

ANS :15 ) Yes I miss my homeland ,but i remain in Germany.  I am not optimistic for  the future of Afghanistan.  This war and fundamentalism will remain long time because of international and regional reasons.

ANS :16 ) I am working as a volunteer for the rights of my community in Germany with connection to Global Human Rights Defense.

ANS :17 ) In the  time of late nineties  during the Taliban rule,  I was in  Germany and was very restless .  I tried to arrange a demonstration against them in Germany, but I could not succeed properly.   I made many interviews  with newspapers and radio and explained  about Islamic fundamentalism,Taliban’s oppressive regime against us.  I tried to attract the attention of  German people and German political parties  though I was partially successful.

ANS :18 )  We cant compare  Afghanistan with Germany. It's like comparing the difference of  heaven and hell. Afghanistan is 500 years behind Germany in terms of all the aspects we human beings look to develop in our social status.  About Afghanistan, I told you. Germany is a peace loving country with very modern industrial infrastructure. Always remember that this a  country  that will develop only when it will follow  good  law and order, security of citizens ,excellent human rights values with respect to humanity and dignity to human beings, proper health system, proper education system Afghanistan lacks in all these fields.
My Children claim themselves  as more German Hindu rather than Afghan Hindus.

ANS :19 ) My message to those who remain under Islamic rules or in  fascist regimes is to continue your struggle for your rights and dignity until you achieve the equal status like  a Muslim receives in a non -Muslim country.

ANS :20 ) My message to the  Hindu world is, Hindus must go to the pinnacle  of the  knowledge ladder and economic power in the  world. Education and knowledge are the main arms  for Hindus and with this they can become world economic power and remove the poverty and illiteracy. Then all the matters will become good.

ANS :21 ) Certainly the terrorism  will see a downfall with time and never dominate the world because humanity needs peace and  dignity  and equal  rights for all.
